UNDIE RUNN

Gonna go on an Undie Run for the first time tonight at CSUF :D haha this will be my first Undie Run with CSUF and my first one in general lol I hope nobody tries to pants me -_-

Open Gym! :D

I’m gonna go to an open gym today to work on tricks and flips and elbow tracks :D haha I want to get my backflips back and maybe backhandsprings also haha and i’m gonna play in the foam pit for no reason lol

Working out

I’ve decided to start being healthier, been lifting and doing 30 min of cardio and ab workouts also. I always go on and off when I say I’ll start working out. Though this time I will try to stay consistent. Its unbelievably hard lol Whats even harder though is trying to eat healthy. Together, its like the ultimate test for me. My reason for working out is mainly to cut down body fat percentages and also to have more energy. The eating healthy part is to help me stay energized during the day and not needing to sleep so much. My overall goal for this is to help me with my bboying, I plan on eventually practice going 10 rounds every session to build major stamina. 

Good morning…kinda

So like I just woke up at like 3:33 technically the Devil’s Hour but in the afternoon instead of early morning LOL Anyways this is a usual for me waking up in the afternoon, because I always go to sleep around 5 or 6AM in the morning. Someone in my family always wakes me up before I get my full amount of sleep so when I’m woken up at like 9AM I guess I have to fall asleep again and it takes even longer for my body to feel like its gotten enough sleep to wake up again. So really, fam, If you want me to wake up earlier, let me sleep till I wake up on my own lol
